  • Unless you are a attorney, there is no work from home flexibility. If there was, it would be a night/day difference. They need to realize that a employee being treated well, the more positivity and productivity there would be. It's like a work prison, literally!

  • not enough benefits no maternity paid pto is sick and vacation so go to work sick absence from is frowned upon health benefits are the worst you pay so much so make sure you are paid well to make up for paying for your coverage of benefits

  • not enough, at first when you are hired they make you think that you are getting the best benefits until you get your check and see just how much is taken out for insurance, 401k, cafeteria plan, you barely have enough for groceries, mortgage and gas

  • DW does not have many outings. Focus is on productivity. Work, no play. Fun is frowned upon. There is a summer picnic usually at a local park and yhere is a christmas dinner that is formal ends after eating. No bonuses, no give aways or recognitions to staff.

  • Treat employees like gold because they are the backbone of Dorsey. Money is wasted with high turnover. Better benefits, medical, dental and vision. Christmas bonus and summer bonus. Fitness incentives. Stocked kitchens with lunch and and snacks, morning fruit baskets
