As a long term employee who is not in Managment, I would strongly disagree. This sounds more like a disgruntled employee than someone interested in a career with a growing company. The CEO cares very much, but is not a totalitarian leader. It is a place with great opportunity, where you can learn a skill, and get compensated consistently with the industry. Yes, there is acquisition, but that has allowed us to grow, gain market share. We need scale in our business to be a leader and our CEO has taken us in that direction.
The CEO is not regarded well. A lot of talk, but not a lot of action. Upper management only cares about buying up competitors and does not care about internal infrastructure. Pay is well below market. Benefits are non-existent. Work life balance is abysmal.
