The store I am currently in, the team works very hard to satisfy every customer.
If the company cared more about the people in the stores instead of lining their own pockets.
If they had kept me in the position I was, I would have no issues. This company needs to reevaluate their goals and business practices. Reward the good workers and punish the bad.
There doesn't really seem to be any culture. As for the environment, they seem to only care about the short term profits instead of long term. Because of that, customer service is lacking and employees are not as happy as they should be.
