We get along really well, everyone feels free to speak their mind without fear of consequences, everyone gives out compliments and constructive feedback, unity in thought and goal completion, a great leader who sets the example for work hard/play hard.

Would like to see annual/semi annual bonuses tied to completion of goals. Would like to see raises every year that are not just cost of living increases but are real performance raises. Would like to see compensation/reimbursement for home internet plans and cell phone plans now used for work.
