
They have a healthy ambition and inspire us to meet our department/team goals. At the same time, they have been supportive and understanding as we are all grappling with this ongoing pandemic. That has made all the difference to me.
We are disciplined to deliver on our goals but aware enough to incorporate those lighter and fun activities. We have made a lot of strides toward diversity and inclusion. The empathy leadership has expressed during this difficult pandemic is much appreciated.
Knowing that I accomplished something for our clients, and then being acknowledged for it by my peers. The recognition does not always have to be monetary, but it should always be authentic and sincere. Show me you care, and I'll always be there.
