Office dress code is fairly casual (read jeans and decent shirt) but for an interview go a half step up. No need for a suit, but dress pants and blouse/button down would be appropriate. It shows you are taking the interview seriously but are aware of how to match certain elements of the "culture" Epsilon maintains. Hope this helps!
