The guy is basically an avatar, no one really knows anything about him.
They view the CEO favorably. He's amicable and knowledgeable without being heavy handed.
How's the work life balance at Epsilon?
Subjective based on your role, but the agency clears out by 5pm and it’s as if everyone clocks in corporate style, not agency work ethic style.
Overall, Epsilon does a pretty good job of allowing its associates to balance personal needs with their professional responsibilities. They have a fairly flexible work from home policy and the managers allow the employees freedom to adjust hours if they're successfully delivering their work.
How's the vacation policy at Epsilon?
Depends on your team but fairly flexible. Currently 2.5 weeks pto and after several years of tenure, some teams award a month-long paid sabbatical (I believe 5 years before this is granted)
How often do employees get raises at Epsilon?
Annually with the potential for mid-year adjustments (you need to verbalize this and have tangible business evidence why you have EARNED the raise, not why you DESERVE the raise). Raises also are awarded during and at the time of promotion, if appropriate, regardless of timing.

Somewhat common. There are obviously more changes within departments since you get exposure to those roles more regularly. But, depending on your skills and interests, opportunities to move between departments is definitely something that people do. However, you need to be the one looking into those opportunities and make the effort to express interest in looking for inter-departmental opportunities.

Office dress code is fairly casual (read jeans and decent shirt) but for an interview go a half step up. No need for a suit, but dress pants and blouse/button down would be appropriate.
