Esurance – I filed a claim for an auto accident on 7/24/2023. Received their acknowledgement letter dated 7/26/23. That has been the only and last communication from them. It is now 8/16/23. They have not returned any of my phone calls or emails. It is disgusting service. I do not recommend them at all.
