How's the work pace at FedEx?

There are standards to be met so it is pretty fast paced. Managers like to see the good throughput numbers but at the same time you can only move as fast as you can no matter how badly you or the managers want you to move.

crazy at times...and a time / distance disconnect with operating dept makes it worse
