It was comprehensive and student focused.
There needs to be changes in leadership at all levels from President to VPs. Some of the deans only care about enrollment numbers no matter what the students do. Students are not getting employment much from this school due to poor performance.
They need to be present and deal with the issues. The results of identifying improvement turns into reports that are not shared to protect their positions. Many excellent employees have left over the immoral practice. They need to improve the culture rather than their 2 slide presentations.
The college has pinched instructor pay. One year there is inflation adjustments, then they back door layoff more experienced instructors to hire less expensive instructors. The class sizes can grow infinitely now. The best instructors are not kept. They build fake committees that rids best staff
There needs to be less undercutting among leads with their adjuncts and with the adjuncts for positions. They state they respect quality and seniority, then complain about money. The students lose. Ultimately the college loses as their enrollment has dropped. They blame problems on CCCS sadly.
