There is some talent, but much has left as it has eroded.
Excellent collaboration and help. Once this moves into class assignment and decisions it is cut throat though.
There is too much jockiening for class. New instructors are not prepared and dont prepare. The staff does very little to help them. The staff is satisfied because they cost less. Not a functional operating model.
There needs to be less undercutting among leads with their adjuncts and with the adjuncts for positions. They state they respect quality and seniority, then complain about money. The students lose. Ultimately the college loses as their enrollment has dropped. They blame problems on CCCS sadly.
