Gametime is the perfect startup experience. It's big enough that people know it, but small enough that you feel your contributions as an employee are meaningful and felt. You're recognized and are supported by your colleagues for your good effort and have a work life balance that is healthy.

Besides a competitive salary, the tenure bonuses are a welcome surprise when they come around. I do wish there were more annual bumps to look forward to, but I understand that in the interest of growth, that isn't the priority right now.

There's something of a work hard/play hard mindset. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of our app credit to attend live events and share those experiences over Slack with colleagues. It's all very supportive, and I enjoy seeing what my colleagues across the country are up to.

They seem invested in the success of the comapany. There's a good mix of young, hungry individuals who want Gametime to be their ticket to the good life, and more seasoned individuals who've done it before and believe they can do it again. This isnt their first rodeo.
