
Innovation is (IMO) at the hands of each employee. The company is only as innovative as its employees. In my area, we are always looking for new ideas and excited to implement them.
General Mills undoubtedly provides an environment conducive to innovations, whether in work processes, in their products or in customer relationships. Everyone is free to give and display their ideas, always having due importance.
