
I really like the strategic thinking and new ideas of the big picture but think the details and implementation are lost.
We are able to have open constructive meetings and we collaborate well throughout the day either at home or in office.
GA takes an active role in DE&I promoting the culture. Specifically in my office it is diverse, and we power through despite the changes limiting our office to access of things other offices have. The environment is mostly positive.
Managers do not take the development plan or goal process as seriously as they should. Recognition is low, without grade level or title promotions despite employees performing in the role for more than one year. Managers should give detailed constructive feedback. No excuses of being too busy.
