It has been great overall!

Working at Gogo has been excellent overall and I believe the majority of people here try to do the right thing are always looking for ways to improve. The combination of benefits, compensation, and friendly and collaborative environment is what makes Gogo excellent.

Receiving RSUs is excellent, 401K match is good, and DTO is great.

I enjoy the Gogo props points and the bonus plan. Can't speak to medical benefits as I'm on my wife's plan.

The most positive thing about Gogo's culture and environment is the minimal micro-management, trust of employees, teamwork, and concern for others' well-being.

Again, the teamwork and collaboration is outstanding at Gogo. This is by far the best quality of Gogo culture in my opinion.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at Gogo is the pace of work. The pace is not stressful most of the time, and Gogo cares about work-life balance.

I can't comment on the medical benefits because I am on my wife's plan, but I think the 401K package is generous, I am paid fairly, and the bonus plan is also nice.

Not being micromanaged and having the ability to work through most things on my own or with my peers without management involvement. The environment is friendly and everyone works hard and together to accomplish tasks efficiently.

Best things about my team are: we cover each other when we are out of office with no issues at all, we enjoy working with each other, and we teach each other things and work as a team.

The best thing about my team is the teamwork. Whether it's finding solutions and working on things together, or filling in for each other when needed. My team is also great about teaching people things and growing our knowledge.

I love that everyone at Gogo seems to uphold the excellent culture and values set from the top. Everyone cares about each others' well-being and success. There isn't a huge micro-managing culture which is great and this instills trust within the team.
