They arent crooks. They are real people.
They could offer training classes by level of experience and not mix everyone together.
Great customer service and help
They literally harrass me every single day. No matter how much you sale it is never enough. They encourage unethical and illegal sales. They fire people all the time. My boss has been on for 3 and a half years. He was in a training class of 17, he is the only person left from that class. They lie

What do you like best about the leadership team at GoHealth?
The management team is very approachable and open to intelligent risk. It's a double edged sword for those whose ideas don't pan out well.

The company is very forward-facing. There is a desire to quickly shrug off missteps, learn, and move forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package at GoHealth?

The perks are really nice. Haircuts, manicures, and Pilates are free. Flue shots, vision checks, etc are all done at the office as well.
