Since each Goodwill has autonomy within its own district, it's a difficult job being CEO of GII - think the president of the United Nations. With that said, he is well liked and well respected among the Goodwill membership and their employees. For those of us that have met him, he is unanimously good-hearted, down to earth, and honestly cares about each employee and the each individual every Goodwill serves.
Well, Goodwill has a leading CEO that has only been around a few year at Goodwill. He should be promoting himself, via video, and to new employee's, an introduction on paper &/or video.
I don't know what people think about the CEO. I think they try hard to accommodate the employees. Some work areas could be improved
they are ok/ you never see them. they can improve management
