Individuals on the leadership team at Groq are thoughtful, open, caring, professional. I found them to be trustable and upfront. As far as their dynamic, it seems they are fairly united (no posturing, no tension) which is a good sign.

An additional week of vacation time was offered for X-mas so that everyone can recharge. Great gesture, especially for foreign employees like myself who might not have seen their family for a while due to covid. This allows travel and a longer stay.
