Depends--which engineering team? Alpharetta will want you in a standard business attire. Irvine is little looser and will not mind seeing some personality. But engineers of all stripes, regardless of where you're interviewing, go buy an interview outfit from this year, please. I'm tired of seeing these wide, patterned ties, and straight-cut suit coats that you obviously haven't worn in years, and scuffed shoes that only come out on "special" occasions. No need to be a cliche' of the dull engineer, yeah?
