Comp in the California office is pretty good, but if you've come in as a contract-to-hire, you're getting hit with the bottom of the pay scale.

Again, people are too wound up in process and how "the right way" to do things per the process, and not interested in enough in just getting things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free food at times to swing survey results
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Jettison 80% of people in leadership roles and start over.

Meeting with different people from different divisions.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ugh. The recruiting company is god-awful and everyone in HR should be fired. The managers ask ridiculous, cliched questions and no one pays attention to the answers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A reality check is urgently needed to decide on where the company wants to go and where it rather pulls out.
What do you like best about your company?
The autonomy we get in the satellite office in CA.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Processes and culture needs to advance to the modern age.
