Management is out of touch, and has no idea what goes on in the day to day operations. They have no idea how the frontline works, or how to better their products. If you approach management about any ideas for improvement, expect to be met with hostility - because they obviously know better (except for the fact that the stock has lost 80% value over the last few years...)

Most employees issues with the company is compensation. CEO tells us they can't give us raises but when she comes to visit she hires a Towncar and rolls out the red carpet.

I have never met her or heard anything around the site about her , maybe she could visit each location more often and build rapport with ALL levels of employees.
