  • HH isn't growing, it's shrinking. It's only a matter of time before the entire company is bankrupt.

  • Have not heard of anything growing, and I feel the difficulties begin with recruiting and the company having a bad reputation in our town so no one with the skills and professional attitudes we want actually want to work here.

  • Improve culture? Burn it to the ground, fire all senior management, and start over.

  • Hire people with a more professional mindset and appearance.

  • Pay employees what they are worth. Stop continuing the attitude that employees are expendable, when corporate is struggling to meet contract goals with employment.

  • Management is out of touch, and has no idea what goes on in the day to day operations. They have no idea how the frontline works, or how to better their products. If you approach management about any ideas for improvement, expect to be met with hostility - because they obviously know better (except for the fact that the stock has lost 80% value over the last few years...)

  • I have never met her or heard anything around the site about her , maybe she could visit each location more often and build rapport with ALL levels of employees.

  • Most employees issues with the company is compensation. CEO tells us they can't give us raises but when she comes to visit she hires a Towncar and rolls out the red carpet.

  • There is no work/life balance. You work, or you get fired. CONGRATS!

  • It is non existent, and there is a lot of favoritism observed when it comes to shift bids, also there are No excused absences even if a Dr puts you on work restrictions for 3 days it still counts against you when it comes to your Metrics.

  • I do my 8 hours a day and go home

  • The interview is easy - are your breathing? Are you willing to show up to work on time? Are your willing to use your break time to take bathroom breaks that are pre-scheduled and at no other time? IF SO - YOU'RE HIRED!

  • It could be better, considering we provide service for several different LOBs each LOB should have an assessment for specific skill sets for that LOB and professional character assessment.

  • They'll be out of business. Look at their stock report. They've lost nearly 80% value in the last 3 years, and they keep going down. AVOID!

  • The benefits are really good compared to every other place in town , pay rate is fair and they offer you 120 hours of PTO every year NO ONE else does that.

  • Never. Don't bank on a raise. I once got a raise of 0.02 (yes, 2 cents) an hour, and was told to be thankful. "At least it's an extra gallon of gas a month". That's exactly what was said to me. Seriously, so out of touch. /eyeroll. Don't work here if you want competitive wages.

  • Vacation is very easy - 120 hours a year for F/T employees, and it accrues on a daily basis. Vacation and Sick Time are shared. 8-10 paid holidays a year. For contracts that require holiday work, expect to work holidays (you'll still be paid holiday pay). For sick/vacation time, MAKE SURE you fill out the proper paperwork, get your manager to sign off on it, and KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK. If they try and get you to come into work, tell them NO YOU HAVE APPROVED VACATION. Make sure your vacation/sick time is reflected in the scheduling system, too. People have been terminated over small errors!

  • None, you'll get neither! Technically, they do offer it, but you'll have to jump through so many hoops. Short of getting a lawyer involved, they make it nearly impossible. They'll say things like "business needs", make the appropriate forms difficult to fill out properly, bounce them for any small mistake, and pretty much do everything in their power to deny you. Then they'll claim they only pay 20% of your wage during the 6 weeks (it's 40% or 60%, depending on tenure) to dissuade you from filing. They'll also claim you must exhaust all of your PTO/vacation time. Best bet? If you're planning a family, avoid this company.
