None, you'll get neither! Technically, they do offer it, but you'll have to jump through so many hoops. Short of getting a lawyer involved, they make it nearly impossible. They'll say things like "business needs", make the appropriate forms difficult to fill out properly, bounce them for any small mistake, and pretty much do everything in their power to deny you. Then they'll claim they only pay 20% of your wage during the 6 weeks (it's 40% or 60%, depending on tenure) to dissuade you from filing. They'll also claim you must exhaust all of your PTO/vacation time. Best bet? If you're planning a family, avoid this company.
