Coworkers are pretty good. Still trying to find how we all mesh together with new team additions.
Utter chaos. Lots of plates spinning in the air, but not enough poles to keep them all going. No plan on how to get from Point A to Point B.
We have no equity (at least at the non-executive level). Showing us how they determine why they think that we're paid fairly so we can come back with why they are wrong would be a start. Actually paying us industry standard would be better.
