What did you like most about the interview process?It was easy and friendly because they were recruiting me selling me on why its a great place. I bought it and was sincerely happy and interested and gave it my best but was still canned and replaced with amateurs for no reason at all.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop kicking the can down the road to the next guy knowing full well they also don't have the time, training and resources to resolve the issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Workers who carry the heavy lifting are ignored. If the pay were appropriately higher to compensate for the overtime it'd maybe help.
