  • Reviews are done annually. Raises are seldom more than 3%, and often less. Market adjustments are nonexistent, and promotion raises (when they happen) don’t make up the difference either.

  • We have had an influx of Indian contractors from a firm in Bangalore. Aside from that, very few non-Caucasian employees. Overall we have a pretty good male/female mix, but our engineering team is largely male-dominated

  • Denver: now, a racetrack. Circular hallway with medium to large open rooms of weird angle desks. Soon: large rooms with picnic bench style small desk areas, no personal space, no privacy.

  • 6 weeks’ time off is pretty good, but it does include all your sick time. If you’re prone to illness better not plan on 6 weeks’ worth of vacation!
