Leadership needs to be replaced; its that simple. They feign sincerity while pushing you way beyond high work standards knowing full well you're slated for the next layoff.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Workers who carry the heavy lifting are ignored. If the pay were appropriately higher to compensate for the overtime it'd maybe help.

I am making well below the average for my type of role and feel that my skill set, initiative and work ethic are worth far more as well.

We have no equity (at least at the non-executive level). Showing us how they determine why they think that we're paid fairly so we can come back with why they are wrong would be a start. Actually paying us industry standard would be better.

Stop kicking the can down the road to the next guy knowing full well they also don't have the time, training and resources to resolve the issues.

Coworkers are pretty good. Still trying to find how we all mesh together with new team additions.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was easy and friendly because they were recruiting me selling me on why its a great place. I bought it and was sincerely happy and interested and gave it my best but was still canned and replaced with amateurs for no reason at all.

I have a role where I can make a difference at the corporate level and at the individual employee level by demonstrating integrity, accountability, and transparency.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Utter chaos. Lots of plates spinning in the air, but not enough poles to keep them all going. No plan on how to get from Point A to Point B.

too many changes at work to keep up with, manager doesn't work very hard and it trickles down - that's demotivating
