What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of communication you hear from them is higher than other places I have worked and they have asked for employee feedback and input in a variety of ways, which is fantastic.
Passion for our company mission. Our leadership is definitely committed to making a strong difference in the quality of healthcare.
The quality of leaders and their range of expertise is good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practicing the standards expected of others.
Leadership needs to be replaced; its that simple. They feign sincerity while pushing you way beyond high work standards knowing full well you're slated for the next layoff.
Communicating effectively, efficiently, and enthusiastically.
alignment - not just constantly changing their minds about goals, organization, process --> everything
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My work/life balance is ideal for me, and my compensation and benefits align well with the contributions I am making.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workers who carry the heavy lifting are ignored. If the pay were appropriately higher to compensate for the overtime it'd maybe help.
I am making well below the average for my type of role and feel that my skill set, initiative and work ethic are worth far more as well.
We have no equity (at least at the non-executive level). Showing us how they determine why they think that we're paid fairly so we can come back with why they are wrong would be a start. Actually paying us industry standard would be better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps each other and gets along generally well.
Very open, collaborative, and dedicated.

The collegial atmosphere and professionalism are nice perks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop kicking the can down the road to the next guy knowing full well they also don't have the time, training and resources to resolve the issues.
Coworkers are pretty good. Still trying to find how we all mesh together with new team additions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find the atmosphere to be inclusive, supportive, and friendly.
people are great, vacation is great, downtown Denver is a liberal, fun and young environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership who has experience working and managing people oppose to facilitating excuses and corporate cliches.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and friendly because they were recruiting me selling me on why its a great place. I bought it and was sincerely happy and interested and gave it my best but was still canned and replaced with amateurs for no reason at all.
Casual conversation, which is crucial to a good interview.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom and the ability to work on the things I enjoy sometimes.
I have a role where I can make a difference at the corporate level and at the individual employee level by demonstrating integrity, accountability, and transparency.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Utter chaos. Lots of plates spinning in the air, but not enough poles to keep them all going. No plan on how to get from Point A to Point B.
too many changes at work to keep up with, manager doesn't work very hard and it trickles down - that's demotivating
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Executive team not concerned about infrastructure.
