Workers who carry the heavy lifting are ignored. If the pay were appropriately higher to compensate for the overtime it'd maybe help.
I am making well below the average for my type of role and feel that my skill set, initiative and work ethic are worth far more as well.
We have no equity (at least at the non-executive level). Showing us how they determine why they think that we're paid fairly so we can come back with why they are wrong would be a start. Actually paying us industry standard would be better.
