
Company needs to create very clear rules of engagement in the GTM org so that it creates a culture of positive collaboration.
Overall company culture is good. Revenue and GTM teams have poor a culture. Stop micromanaging and trust your team. Get more experienced leaders. Align your strategies from all GTM teams. Don't make promises you can't keep.
Recognition and reward are not great. Leadership takes credit for ideas and deals won. There are no clear rules of engagement and people are being ripped of their deserved commissions. Pay your people for their hard work.
