They have a great vision for the product and are deeply knowledgeable about the Sales Enablement space. They communicate this vision with the entire team and are always available to answer questions and provide valuable coaching.
At a growth oriented company a lot of things have to be revised and refined, everyone is willing to go above and beyond while working towards the same goals and vision that leadership communicates to the teams.
The thing that I like most about Highspot is how genuinely excited everyone is to come to work that day and the positive culture that has been built throughout every team from customer facing to support to engineering.
