
They're working on being more work-life balance friendly. We still see stories about people who return to work the day after their wedding, or picking up every shift, so what's being recognized is still 24/7 commitment to the company. We're at least on a first name basis, and they at least talk about diversity -- if not action it (one or two women on the executive committee, lack of ethnic diversity at the director and above levels).
