The are extremely knowledgable in hotel operations. Our GM alone has been at this hotel for over 20 years.

We all work as one for one purpose
Not sitting around and talking about all employment, and being on there phone all day. Drawing and being on social media all day. When we breakfast attendants, housekeepers are all working and doing our best.

I have worked the Night Audit at this one location for about 5 years straight and I just recently got my pay raised barely above $16 per hour! That is NOT on par with fast food or any business in the areas STARTING pay. Multiple recent hires that No Longer work for us were given more pay to start!

achievement acknowledgement & an inclusive environment
They need to have real expectations for the housekeeping employees to have a "spotless" room, when you don't even change the comforters after every day. They want the rooms to look perfect in 30 minutes which is extremely difficult. Benefits like PTO are non existent.

Current GM is not the one that hired me cause this is the 3rd or 4th GM that I've had while working at this location. I have seen and heard the current techniques of my current GM and they a vastly superior to the GM that hired me about 5 years ago.

More job-related questions as opposed to behavioral questions. I don't believe you can find quality talent based on behavioral questions when a candidate is put on the spot and asked to recollect a random time in his past.
No family members allowed at all
