If they would stop gossiping. All would be well

Some of the front desk is friendly. Most of the staff is just trying to survive

Treating each other with respect

We don't have meetings so far. Most employees are fine but according to the general manager they've all "went so long without leadership they have a hard time responding to it" which begs the question: where were you? Why was authority absent on your watch?

Attitude towards work and eachother. If they had more patience and understanding for one another.

They need to start helping one another more.More teamefforts
