What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is welcoming and friendly

There is no drama and everyone is treated the same.

Meeting some of the guests I've created a bond with a few regulars through my food. I deliver exceptional food presentation and care they look for the cook and that makes my day, that is why I love my job, I'm passionate about what I do

Everything from management to quality of the envirment

Ownership/Leadership. I cry every day going into work but it's all from the top down. We are entering off-season so if I didn't need the money right now I would leave. I also don't have a way to contact anyone about how to get the money owed to me.

PAY! GOOD PAY MAKES ALL THE NEGATIVES ABOUT A JOB DISAPPEAR. Paying a livable wage would be nice.

Treat each worker as an equal and stop hiring people for quick termination (as was done to me - I have inside information on the veracity of this issue).
