Hilton Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Current GM is not the one that hired me cause this is the 3rd or 4th GM that I've had while working at this location. I have seen and heard the current techniques of my current GM and they a vastly superior to the GM that hired me about 5 years ago.

Interview process was thorough and gave me an oppurtunity to ask questions about the company.

step and discussion during interview process

Shawn Johnson is a professional

The person who interviewed me was very nice

Very communicative and planned out

It was simple and straightforward

Being hard immediately no waiting period

shouldn't be a 5 hour interview if I'm not getting paid

I think Excellent overall interview with Smart HR team and always Passionate any official responsibility for me best procedure in hilton kyoto. Overall performance provides a wonderful for me.

Soeaking to our leaders about the future of the company.

It great too have a interview of the company

More job-related questions as opposed to behavioral questions. I don't believe you can find quality talent based on behavioral questions when a candidate is put on the spot and asked to recollect a random time in his past.

No family members allowed at all

NEVER WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS AGAIN WAS REALLY HORRIBLE AND THEY CONSTANTLY LIED TO MY FACE AND JUST GAVE ME UNDERPAID AND NOT WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING AND ALSO LIED ABOUT INCENTIVES AND BENEFITS

I didn't have an interview. The manager told me on Facebook to come in on a Saturday. I came in. He wasn't there. The front desk person gave me a peice of paper to fill out, said come back Monday.

First i would say that my GM needs to learn HR and not ask people questions that you shouldn't ask in interviews.

Stop setting up hires for quick termination-I have information attesting to my incident.

Review from Admin Dept

They need to pay fairly as well as extensively interview because my some of my fellow front desk employees are not getting the job

Asking about taking on the overwhelming ness of the business

A sense of urgency from management. I had my 2 interviews 2 months apart.

Fast response to applicants would make more sense.

Use Talent Plus they work.

If managers showed up for the interview

Review from Operations Dept

I think the interviewer needs to better inform the candidate about the work load and that very fast paced environment

Review from Customer Support Dept

The pace. I would say they could get back to you a lot quicker.
