My experience at this company has started out amazingly I quit my other job and was ensured extra hours due to a brunch that was supposed to happen. My hours have been cut, and so much foolishness has been going on that doesn't sit well with my sprit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meeting some of the guests I've created a bond with a few regulars through my food. I deliver exceptional food presentation and care they look for the cook and that makes my day, that is why I love my job, I'm passionate about what I do
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching guests face when their food reaches the table or when they take the first bit and do a slight smile or a nod as they eat it makes my day and makes me want that response from every person that comes into the restaurant it's gotten to where I'm requested ?
