Mothership needs to know the community each affiliate is in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My local leadership team is well aware of the community we serve. I cant say the same for the mothership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No representation when health insurance changed, when it was requested. No assistance with changes. People making decisions that they have no clue how their decisions effect the people below them.
