There is no real competition, obviously people want to perform higher than others, but at the end of the day we don't need to fight for leads and everyone on the team tries to elevate each other.

Working at Hometap is an adventure in that we are creating a new industry from scratch and growing very quickly at the same time. The pace is fast but not frantic. The team is smart and pragmatic. Working remotely has pros and cons and the company has worked hard to build a positive culture.
