Everyone is willing to pitch in towards a common goal. There's no egos, everyone is willing to help, teach and coach. We all care about each other as co-workers and people. There's opportunity for growth and input.
I am enjoying adding to my professional "toolbelt" by adding new skills and sharpening existing ones. I have clear goals and tasks to complete and achieve but also have the freedom to take part in and explore new projects as well. I love my team.
