How's the work life balance at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?

Horrible. They expect you to be on 24/7. Weekend work is the norm, especially in Supply Chain. You are on call every day. You are expected to provide your own cell phone for business purposes. Many employees call in from vacation because they are afraid of losing their jobs if they aren't available.

Not great, however I view this as my responsibility. Now that we are required to be in the office daily and having it monitored, I made the decision that HPE is no longer entitled to my weekend time, so that helps.

Fairly good work life balance in my group. We'll see how things are with HPE Next, but for now, when things get out of balance, it's because I allowed them to get that way.

Fine if everyone pulls their weight, but they don't.
