Mr. Leon oversees the strategy and implementation of HPE's ethics and compliance program, which includes ethical decision making based on HPE's Standards of Business Conduct and both internal and external investigations. His team is also responsible for social and environmental sustainability and compliance, privacy, and the HPE Foundation. Prior to joining Hewlett Packard, Mr. Leon served as Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led investigations involving allegations of securities fraud, FCPA violations, bank and mortgage fraud, and money laundering. He served for twelve years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, investigating and prosecuting white collar, organized crime, and homicide cases. He was in private practice as a litigation associate at two national law firms. Mr. Leon earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Brandeis University, magna cum laude, with a degree in Economics.

Mr. John F. Schultz appointed to the Board of Umpqua Holdings Corporation in September 2015. Mr. Schultz has been Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise since November 2015 and has been its Chief Legal & Administrative Officer since December 2017. Mr. Kirt Paul Karros, CFA has been Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company since May 2015. Mr. Karros was a Principal and Managing Director of Research at Relational Investors LLC. He joined Relational Investors LLC in 2001 and co-led the research team focusing on the technology, media, telecommunications and energy sectors.
