
Terribly, awfully low. What else could it be, really? This company has created a culture of layoffs in the last decade. These layoffs are by and large not even performance based since any non-performers were eliminated ages ago. On top of that annual raises and bonuses always disappoint. There is no external training for certifications or advanced degrees. God, I could go on and on and on . . .
Cannot possibly be worse. Wait, I've said that before and was wrong . . .
