
Meh. We're losing talent in mid-management, however that might allow some others to shine. A few dinosaurs at the top. Very nice people, however some aren't keeping up with the times, and at least one is such a penny pincher that it becomes hard to get things done and affects morale as a result.
Good middle management. Those at the top aren’t as nimble or innovative as We need, which can slow things down and waste money. Continuing challenges exist moving beyond a single-product mentality. As a result of all listed, talent is starting to look elsewhere.
