The support, people want to help you improve, but in a nice way.

Again, far too many to list, 10% days allowing you to further your knowledge, national play day last week, the support, everything!
They care about you as an individual, they take into account your personal intricacies and genuinely want to get the best out of you.
On my 2nd or 3rd day in the office, James introduced himself to me, the thing that really stood out, he knew my name, having had several CEO's in my time, it blew my mind that he actually cared enough, not just to say hello, but to know who I was.
