Everyone strives to help one another with getting their time off requests as much as possible
Opportunities for growth and advancement are limited. Daily tasks are monotonous with current tools utilized.
Having to cover your own time off is not a benefit. And our pay grade does not match what the market is paying for similar positions in Member Support
Department meetings and trainings in Member Support. Having an opportunity to meet everyone on the team in person would be a great asset I feel. I do not feel that Member Support is valued as much as other departments in the company.
