What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they sit down to speak with our team members and truly listen to them. They take the time to connect with them, which I have never seen before.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The IH4IH support we receive as members is unmatched! The fact that we can use our own services and know we have Included Health in our corner, allows me to breathe a little when it comes to healthcare navigation. I don't know what I would do without it!

The ability to have free DOD visits for myself and my family is a HUGE benefit!

Raises don't come often (if at all). Benefits are definitely getting better.

The team I work with is the backbone of this company. I have the honor of supporting and celebrating them and I could not be more proud of the work that they do, day in and day out, to support our members.

I enjoy my team. I enjoy coming to work and interacting with them. DOD hires FT employees that are a great match with the culture. Some of the contractors aren't as good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel seen, heard and supported! We also have virtual events or engagement activities to help us connect in a virtual setting, when I know it is incredibly hard.
