Everyone on my team are very good at what they do - very high quality team members. Teamwork is also something we do very well - not just work duties, but compatible personalities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought the questions were difficult and well thought out, and were line with the job description. I was also given a lot of time to ask my own questions and felt they were taken seriously and answered honestly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and communication - no offices, everyone works together in an open space. It creates an accessible environment that does not feel bureaucratic. Also, the flexibility that the organization allows is key. Employees feel trusted to complete work when/where it works best for them.
