What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is genuinely listening to their employees and it feels like they're not talking (at) you. They're talking with you when it comes to different goals we have in mind.

You are allowed autonomy to do your job.
Truly a one of a kind leadership team steers the future of so many hard working dedicated individuals at Grand Rounds by Included Health. They are forward thinking, innovative and committed to the idea of growing and changing whenever and however necessary to achieve success.
Open door policy, all are respectful and inspirational.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The IH4IH support we receive as members is unmatched! The fact that we can use our own services and know we have Included Health in our corner, allows me to breathe a little when it comes to healthcare navigation. I don't know what I would do without it!

Everything is competitive in the benefits package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No 401k match at all
No 401k match despite good financials, no cost of living raises, and generally pays below market.

Having to cover your own time off is not a benefit. And our pay grade does not match what the market is paying for similar positions in Member Support

My team is built up of many individuals who have worked with this company for a long time. They have diverse backgrounds and expertise in how we work as a company.

The team I work with is the backbone of this company. I have the honor of supporting and celebrating them and I could not be more proud of the work that they do, day in and day out, to support our members.

Coworks are all professional with great experience.
The other clinicians are talented and dedicated.
The team i work with goes above and beyond to assist each other. We have all been set up to fail but we dont let that keep us from assisting each other and trying.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The environment is a scrum with immature people trying to stand out and advance their careers, thinking the louder and pushier they are the better
Waste of time always everyone
Too many committees that seek consensus without making a decision. Once a decision is made, not well communicated. People don't step forward to fill the void -- they wait to be told to do something, especially in terms of social/culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I cant think of positives. Its not that im trying to tank the score, i actually don’t think theres a positive. Theres a lot of performative people, which i get. Very sycophantic people reporting up to inexperienced senior leader

I feel seen, heard and supported! We also have virtual events or engagement activities to help us connect in a virtual setting, when I know it is incredibly hard.

Remote first, flexible schedule, smart people (but the incompetent are promoted)
My colleagues are about the only positive thing with this company.
Toxically competative. The company is chaotic and leadership is inexperienced and disorganized. IH over promises and always under delivers. They are extremely under prepared when implementing new customers with more comprehensive services
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership and management. Saftey is a huge issue and burnout!

Department meetings and trainings in Member Support. Having an opportunity to meet everyone on the team in person would be a great asset I feel. I do not feel that Member Support is valued as much as other departments in the company.

Easy and efficient, set very clear expectations
The encouraging and thought provoking /multiple communications involved in interviews helped in making a comprehensive decision.
Theoretically, aligns with the values, but can be intimidating to people with non-traditional backgrounds or who are more shy.

The team is great, the mission is great
My ability to succeed for our members due to GRH providing all tools and support necessary.
Working on hard problems. Solving puzzles. Design products.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They keep promoting inexperienced people - so things undenibly keep getting worse. They bring in experts who arent yes men, only to quickly exit them.
