What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I cant think of positives. Its not that im trying to tank the score, i actually don’t think theres a positive. Theres a lot of performative people, which i get. Very sycophantic people reporting up to inexperienced senior leader
What makes you most happy at work? When my ideas are recognized or implemented.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is built up of many individuals who have worked with this company for a long time. They have diverse backgrounds and expertise in how we work as a company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? They keep promoting inexperienced people - so things undenibly keep getting worse. They bring in experts who arent yes men, only to quickly exit them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Well they should start by hiring people with experience.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Internal interview process is ridiculous! Five interviews and projects when they already kniw you is extreme.
