Remote first, flexible schedule, smart people (but the incompetent are promoted)
My colleagues are about the only positive thing with this company.
Toxically competative. The company is chaotic and leadership is inexperienced and disorganized. IH over promises and always under delivers. They are extremely under prepared when implementing new customers with more comprehensive services
The supportive nature and philosophy at GRH is truly one of a kind.
Big vision, exciting colleagues. Very clear values around patients first.
Values are well known and referenced often.

A fun, but hard working culture.

The excitement. Working for such an innovative company brings people who are passionate about their work and ability to make a huge difference in modern medicine.
The culture is upbeat and positive. The outlook of the future is there and it's exciting to be a part of.

It's laid back but empowering. I have access to the tools I need to get the job done and the flexibility to achieve most goals on my own schedule.

Focus on quality of medicine
Transparency and communication - no offices, everyone works together in an open space. It creates an accessible environment that does not feel bureaucratic. Also, the flexibility that the organization allows is key. Employees feel trusted to complete work when/where it works best for them.

Work hard, but we have the ability to balance our lives. Ability to work remotely when needed.

New leadership and management. Saftey is a huge issue and burnout!
Harvard business review bad politics applies here

Department meetings and trainings in Member Support. Having an opportunity to meet everyone on the team in person would be a great asset I feel. I do not feel that Member Support is valued as much as other departments in the company.
