Stock grants for engineers makes me feel like I'm getting a good return on my investment in time, energy, and career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they actively search out problems and take an active hand in solving them. The executive team is as engaged in the real-world, day-to-day operations of the company as anyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's laid back but empowering. I have access to the tools I need to get the job done and the flexibility to achieve most goals on my own schedule.
What did you like most about the interview process?
we talked about real tech and real problems. The interviewers asked good questions and gave me more specific details when I needed them. The CTO in particular asked great questions and gave great answers to my own.
